Your willpower, in the context of studying for the Bar, is your desire to study and maintain discipline throughout the months of your review for the Bar. The problem, however, is that our willpower is limited.

With all the digital disruption and virtual noise from the web, our willpower may deplete long before we finish our goal for the day. And when these distracted days stack up, they might lead us to a destination we didn’t plan to go to.
The discipline must not only come from the inside. It must also influence what is outside, where the powerhouse of the environment comes in. This is zeroing in on success in both the internal and external domains.
In the pages of this book, you will learn how to create an environment for your success and how it can push you to study, even in those days when you don’t feel like it.
